I have engaged in nine years of education within the psychology and therapy field including three university degrees in psychology and practitioner training. Before becoming a psychologist, I first qualified as a counsellor in 2009 and I have worked in various roles as a therapist over the past eleven years. Amongst others, I have worked at an addiction rehabilitation unit, for child protection services, for the local authority, the NHS, as a secondary school therapist and at two local universities as a therapist. Furthermore, I have worked at a neurological rehabilitation centre carrying out neurological psychometric cognitive assessments and administering individual rehabilitation plans for clients following traumatic brain injury.

Since 2009, working in private practice has provided me with a consistent way of working with clients alongside my prior organisational roles and my university training. However, I am now fortunate enough to work solely in private practice offering my clients the option of both face-to-face and online therapeutic support for various presenting issues. Over the years, I have been privileged to work with many great clients and bear witness to both their distress and their well-being recovery. I thoroughly enjoy the role I get to carry out on a weekly basis and private practice provides me with a platform from which to offer psychological services in a way that can be both flexible and adaptive to individual client needs.
